On Saturday 27 July 2024 we enjoyed a day of excitement and community spirit at the Summer Festival of Fun at Stanwell Moor Village Hall! This vibrant event was full of families enjoying a range of activities.
Highlights of the Festival:
- Bouncy Castle to keep the children entertained.
- Tombola and Raffle: with fantastic prizes won!
- Delicious Refreshments: homemade chicken and a variety of cakes made by a local baker.
- Gifts from the Women’s Institute: unique gifts and crafts.
- Fun for Kids: Children enjoyed temporary tattoos, face painting, and a sand pit for creative play.
- Ice Cream Treats.
- Active Surrey: exercise machines provided by Active Surrey, promoting health and fitness.
- Community Engagement: local police and fire service representatives.
This festival was a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbours, support local initiatives, and have a great time with family and friends!
