Spelthorne Borough Council is considering the implementation of a borough wide Public Space Protection Order covering a number of issues associated with antisocial behaviour, including the wearing of face coverings such as balaclavas, possession of a items such as catapult and cycling/scootering/boarding in a dangerous manner, and in a way which causes distress, alarm or harassment. Have your say on their website.
The consultation ends on 18 December 2024.
Spelthorne Council will publish their response on 15 January 2025.
